Trufas de chocolate
- 250 grs. de chocolate para fundir
- 50 grs. de mantequilla o margarina
- 30grs. de azúcar glacé
- 20 dls. de nata montada
- Una cucharada sopera de agua
- Cacao en polvo o fideos de chocolate
- Se pone al fuego el chocolate con una cucharada de agua y se derrite hasta
que quede bien liso. Añadir poco a poco la mantequilla, luego la nata, y después el
azúcar glacé removiendo con una cuchara de madera hasta que la mezcla quede
bien uniforme.
- Se deja que se enfríe un poco y se mete en el frigorífico hasta que adquiera
consistencia firme.
- Se toman trozos de la masa y se van haciendo bolas que se pasan a
continuación por el cacao en polvo o por los fideos de chocolate.
- Se conserva en la nevera.
