Brownie:
150 grs. de chocolate Águila negro
100 grs de manteca
1 taza de azúcar
1/4 taza de harina
2 huevos
Relleno
350 grs. de dulce de leche
Merengue
2 claras
4 cucharadas de azúcar
Preparado:
Derretir el choco con la manteca. Por otro lado mezclar el azúcar con los huevos.
Unir todo esto y agregarle harina.
Llevar a un molde enmantecado y enharinado (desmontable preferentemente)cocinar
en horno caliente 14 minutos (que quede húmedo el brownie)
Una vez frío, desmoldarlo y untarlo con abundante dulce de leche.
Llevar a la heladera.
Colocar en un jarrito las claras de los dos huevos con las cuatro cucharadas
(colmadas) de azúcar, colocar el jarrito sobre el fuego (sin apoyarlo) hasta que el
azúcar se disuelva, revolviendo con cuchara de madera. Lleva unos 2 minutos más o
menos.
Batir las claras junto con el azúcar hasta que se forme un merengue firme.
Esparcir el merengue arriba del dulce de leche hasta que quede todo cubierto (el
dulce no se debe ver) rallar chocolate para decorar o tirar líneas de chocolate
derretido encima del merengue. A la heladera un par de horas y a disfrutarlo
