¾ T agua tibia (110F)
3 cdas queso Parmesano rallado
1 cdta ajo triturado
1 cdta miel o Splenda (si prefiere la
opción baja en carbohidratos)
1 cdta pasta de anchoas (opcional)
¾ cdta cebolla en polvo
¼ cdta orégano seco
¼ cdta mejorana seca
¼ cdta albahaca seca
¼ cdta pimienta negra molida
1/8 cdta pimienta de canela
1/8 cdta hojuelas de pimentón rojo seco
Sal al gusto
■En un bol pequeño, combinar la pasta
de tomate, agua, queso, ajo, Splenda,
pasta de anchoas, cebolla, orégano,
mejorana, albahaca, pimienta negra,
pimienta de cayena, pimentón y sal;
mezclar todo, triturando cualquier
grumo de queso que se forme. Deje
reposar 30 minutos para que se mezcle
todo bien. Extender sobre la masa para
pizza y adornar al gusto.
